AAAJILI-ACE Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the AAAJILI-ACE Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform or create an account. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and play on AAAJILI-ACE, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Residency: You must be a resident of the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. AAAJILI-ACE operates under a PAGCOR license and is intended for Filipino players.
• Not on Exclusion Lists: You must not be listed on any self-exclusion or problem gambling registry, including PAGCOR's exclusion list.
• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full features of the Platform, you must register a user account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Verification (KYC): As a PAGCOR-licensed casino, AAAJILI-ACE is required to verify the identity of all players. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS, UMID, PRC, Voter's, or Postal ID) and a selfie holding your ID. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized activity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

AAAJILI-ACE offers multiple deposit and withdrawal methods, including GCash, Maya, bank transfers, and over-the-counter payments. By using these services, you agree to the following:

• All deposits must be made from payment methods that match your registered account name and verified identity.
• AAAJILI-ACE reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Withdrawals are processed after your account has been fully verified. Standard withdrawal times are 5-15 minutes for GCash/Maya, and 1-3 banking hours for bank transfers.
• AAAJILI-ACE does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply charges.
• We reserve the right to limit withdrawal amounts based on your account tier and VIP status.

5. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

AAAJILI-ACE offers various promotions and bonuses to our players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements. By claiming a bonus, you agree to these terms.

Welcome Bonus (200% up to ₱10,000):

• Available only for new players on their first deposit.
• Minimum deposit to qualify: ₱100.
• Wagering requirement: 30x the deposit + bonus amount.
• Bonus must be wagered within 7 days of credit.

Daily Reload Bonus (50% Every Deposit):

• Available to all players every day.
• No minimum deposit required (₱50 minimum deposit applies).
• Wagering requirement: 25x the deposit + bonus amount.
• No maximum bonus limit — the more you deposit, the more you earn.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the AAAJILI-ACE Platform are governed by their own specific rules. By playing any game, you agree to abide by the rules of that game. AAAJILI-ACE uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are regularly audited by independent third-party labs to ensure fairness.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the records stored on our servers shall be considered final and binding. We reserve the right to void any winnings resulting from technical errors, game glitches, or system failures.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AAAJILI-ACE Platform:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or using more than one account per player.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses with the intent of circumventing wagering requirements or exploiting promotions.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any illegal financial activities, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Collusion and Cheating: Using software or methods to cheat, manipulate games, or collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Third-Party Software: Using bots, spiders, or any automated systems to access or interact with the Platform.
• Abusive Language: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward AAAJILI-ACE staff or other players.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

AAAJILI-ACE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any other policies.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete account verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or reversed deposits.
• Request by regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR.

If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, all funds in your account may be forfeited. If your account is terminated for non-violation reasons, your remaining balance will be returned to you via the original deposit method.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the AAAJILI-ACE Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of AAAJILI-ACE or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the Platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

AAAJILI-ACE provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall AAAJILI-ACE, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

AAAJILI-ACE is committed to resolving all player disputes in a fair and timely manner. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, please contact our 24/7 customer support team first. We will work to resolve your issue promptly.

If your dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you have the right to escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, we are bound by their regulatory oversight and will cooperate fully with any investigation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and all matters arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines.

By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes.

13. Changes to These Terms

AAAJILI-ACE reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
